Laura has over 25 years’ experience in leadership development, coaching and training in large companies, non-profit organizations, and entrepreneurial organizations. At T-Mobile she contributed to the growth and success of leaders across departments, locations and responsibilities.  While at Nike, Inc. she delivered powerful coaching programs for up and coming leaders across the nation.   While working with students at Whitman College, she created and facilitated student leadership programs empowering student with skills and tools, enhancing their capacity to lead others. 

Laura helps teams and groups come together through retreats, expert facilitation, and transformative workshops. Laura coaches leaders and their teams to create a symphony of success.
